Performance Carburetor Kit for Predator 212 and Similar Engines

This sale includes a new Predator 212cc performance kit, which is also compatible with the Ducar 196cc, Ducar 212cc, Honda GX160, Honda GX200, and similar Clone engines with 5.5hp and 6.5hp. The kit consists of the following items: reamed to .042" main jet, trick emulsion tube, reamed to .024" low RPM pilot jet, float bowl seal, #3 flywheel offset key (.030" offset), #5 flywheel offset key (.050" offset), and #7 flywheel offset key (.070" offset).

It is important to note that the stock low RPM pilot jet is reamed to .016" in size. By enlarging the size of the pilot jet on the brass insert, more fuel can enter the carburetor at low rpms, leading to increased torque and acceleration. The "Trick" emulsion tube has a larger bore and fewer air bleed holes to enhance torque. Additionally, the main jet boosts horsepower, while the offset keys elevate ignition timing, torque, and horsepower.

When replacing the flywheel key, it is crucial to torque the flywheel nut to 65 Foot Lbs to ensure that the flywheel taper is securely locked with the crankshaft taper. It is not recommended to use an air wrench, as it heightens the risk of shearing the end of the crankshaft.
